5.3.3 Forehand Volley
5.3.3.1 Athlete stands on his/her side of the
table with another player (feeder) on the other
side. Using a total of five balls, the feeder tosses
each ball to the athlete’s forehand side. The
athlete scores one point for hitting the ball back
to the feeder’s side of the table. The ball must
hit the table to count as a point. The athlete
scores five points for hitting into either service
box.

5.4.3.1 Athlete stands on his/her side of the table with
