Vero Lago Approved House Color Schemes

Because Sherwin-Williams no longer has color chips available for many of the original colors used by the

various contractors when constructing the houses in the Vero Lago neighborhood, updated color

schemes have been developed. These updated color schemes consist of substitute colors that match as

closely as possible the original colors used. This assists homeowners in making their comparisons

between the available color schemes. These updated schemes are identified with the letter “U” in the

color scheme number. The color schemes that are attempts to duplicate the original colors used on

Centex homes have the letter “C” in the color scheme name.

In addition to the attempts to reproduce the original color schemes with substitute paint colors, several

new color schemes have been added to broaden the selection for homeowners. These schemes are

identified with a number and no letter.

NOTE: Due to the scanning process and/or varying video screen properties, the colors depicted in this

document may vary when compared with the actual color sample chips. If you are considering using

one of these color schemes to paint your house, it is suggested that you acquire the actual color chips

for the paint that you are considering. These color sample chips can be obtained at any Sherwin-

Williams paint store. It is, also, suggested that, before making your final decision on your color selection,

you paint a small test area on your house for a better color representation of the final results.
