Even the most reliable and durable Can-Am On-Road vehicles may someday need roadside attention.
Should this happen, BRP Roadside Assistance is ready to help. The Roadside Assistance is valid for the
duration of your Can-Am Spyder or Can-Am Ryker Limited Warranty coverage, as well as your B.E.S.T.
coverage if applicable!
Emergency Roadside Assistance terms (Can-Am On-Road only)
1. Emergency Roadside Assistance is available throughout the United States and Canada 24 hours
a day, every day of the year and provides emergency services up to two hundred dollars ($200.00) per
occurrence. No deductible applies on this service.
2. Emergency Roadside Assistance is offered on covered Can-Am On-Road vehicles only; Roadside
Assistance does not apply to any other BRP products.
3. Emergency Roadside Assistance service begins when the covered Can-Am Spyder or Can-Am Ryker
Limited Warranty is in effect and ends on the date the vehicle’s Limited Warranty ends or when the
B.E.S.T. coverage ends if applicable.
4. Roadside Assistance services are provided by Brickell Financial Services-Motor Club, Inc. d/b/a Road
America Motor Club, administrative offices at 7300 Corporate Center Drive, 6

Floor, Miami, FL 33126.
(For Mississippi and Wisconsin customers, services are provided by Brickell Financial Services-Motor
Club, Inc. In California, services are provided by Road America Motor Club Inc. d/b/a Road America
Motor Club.) All entities are referred to as “Road America” throughout these Emergency Roadside
Assistance terms.
5. Note: Emergency Roadside Assistance does not replace a power sport insurance policy.
6. In the event that service is not obtainable through Road America, upon written request, Owner will
receive a refund of payments made according to the coverage limits up to two hundred dollars
($200.00) per occurrence. Owner must first contact Road America for authorization to obtain
independent services. Owner has the right to file a compliment or complaint by submitting a written
letter to Road America’s Customer Care Department at the address listed above, contacting
a representative by calling 1-800-262-7262 or e-mailing to [email protected].
OWNER’S OBLIGATIONS
1. Owner must call 1-866-477-1415 to receive Emergency Roadside Assistance services.
2. Owner must be with the covered Can-Am On-Road vehicle when the service provider arrives.
3. Owner is responsible for any costs in excess of $200.00 and all non-covered expenses.
BRP’s Emergency Roadside Assistance
on Can-Am On-Road Vehicles
ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROVIDES THE FOLLOWING SERVICES:
1. Towing Assistance - In the case of a roadside emergency, the covered Can-Am On-Road vehicle will be
towed to the closest authorized Can-Am On-Road dealer.
2. Battery Service - If a battery failure occurs on the covered Can-Am On-Road vehicle, start-up
or towing assistance to the nearest authorized Can-Am On-Road dealer will be provided.
3. Flat Tire Assistance - If the covered Can-Am On-Road vehicle has a flat tire, towing assistance will be
provided to tow the disabled vehicle to the closest authorized Can-Am On-Road dealer.
4. Fuel, Oil, Fluid or Water Delivery Service – If a roadside emergency occurs where the covered Can-Am
On-Road vehicle requires an emergency supply of fuel, oil, fluid or water, arrangements will be made
for delivery of the appropriate fluids to the owner. Owner must pay for the fuel, oil, fluid, or water when
it is delivered.
5. Lost/Broken Key Assistance - Should a key be accidentally broken off in the ignition or lost for the
covered Can-Am On-Road vehicle, roadside assistance will provide assistance through the removal of
the broken key and/or towing to the nearest authorized Can-Am On-Road dealer. 6. Collision Assistance
– If the covered Can-Am On-Road vehicle is involved in a collision, assistance will be provided for
towing to the nearest authorized Can-Am On-Road dealer.
7. Extrication Assistance – If the covered Can-Am On-Road vehicle is stuck in a ditch or other inaccessible
area extrication assistance will be provided if such location is no farther than 50 feet/16 metres of
a paved road or highway.
The following items are not included as part of the emergency roadside assistance benefit:
Cost of parts, replacement keys, fluids, lubricants, or cost of fuel, material, additional labor relating to
towing, or the cost of installation of products. Non-emergency mounting or removing of any tires, snow
tires or chains. Shoveling snow from around a vehicle. Tire Repair. Any vehicle used in racing or for
commercial purposes. Any and all taxes or fines. Damage or disablement due to fire, flood or vandalism.
Towing from, service or repair work performed at a non-BRP authorized Can-Am On-Road dealership.
Service on a vehicle that is not in a safe condition to be towed or serviced or that may result in damage
to the vehicle if towed or serviced. Non-emergency towing or other non-emergency service. Vehicle
storage charges; a second tow for the same disablement. Towing or service on roads not regularly
maintained, such as sand beaches, open fields, forests, and areas designated as not passable due to
construction, etc. Towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction,
impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law. Coverage shall not be provided
in the event of emergencies resulting from the use of intoxicants or narcotics, or the use of the
automobile, motorcycle or other vehicle in the commission of a felony. Repeated service calls for a
covered vehicle in need of routine maintenance or repair. Only one disablement for the same service type
during any seven day period will be accepted. Service secured through any source other than Road
America without prior authorization from Road America.
THIS IS NOT A ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE REIMBURSEMENT SERVICE.
SERVICE PROVIDER NETWORK
Road America operates through a network of contracted service providers who have agreements with
Road America to perform roadside and towing services for Road America customers. As independent
contractors, these service providers have exclusive control over their own equipment and personnel. BRP
and Road America are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
